John Lewis has been a household name ever since the company’s creation in the mid-19th century and is considered a staple of British retail. They have since added various broadband packages to their already extensive portfolio of products and services.
John Lewis has teamed up with Sheffield-based telecoms giant Plusnet, to create John Lewis Broadband. This means that they are a trading name of John Lewis plc (Waitrose, John Lewis stores) but the services are provided and contracted with Plusnet plc., who are especially well-known for their reliable customer service.

All call packages include voicemail, caller display and 1471, and for extra cost you can have call reject, call waiting, call diversion and other such features.

John Lewis Broadband is a moderately priced service, with prices ranging from £20 per month for their Unlimited Package, to £32.50 for the Fibre Extra. It’s more for the combined Phone and Broadband Packages, and even more if you get the frilly extras, but you can certainly keep costs down with a basic package.
You’ll also find they often throw in an e-gift card for new customers too.
All John Lewis Broadband contracts last 12 Months. This is much more convenient than the other ISPs who demand 18 months and incur early cancellation fees.
