First, you need to find your electricity and gas supply numbers. These numbers are unique to you and are simply used to find out where you are using your energy from.
Your electricity supply number is called your Meter Point Administration Number (MPAN). It is available from your current supplier, or if you are installing a new connection you can request an MPAN from your local Distribution Network Operator.
Your gas supply number is called your Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). This can be found on your gas bill.
