TalkTalk TV can only be added on to their basic or fibre broadband deals, so if you are just looking for a television package, then perhaps you should look at another provider. All of the television packages come with the basic set of television channels as standard, from which you can add ‘boosts’ to create the deal that best suits your viewing needs. If you are subscribed to Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, you link it to your television box, allowing you to stream movies and box sets on your home’s biggest screen.

TV Lite Box and TV Plus Box

There are two options that you can choose for your TV box, the TV Lite Box and the TV Plus Box.

• TV Lite Box:
  • Allows you to pause and rewind live TV.
  • Also gives you access to on demand services and Netflix/Amazon Prime integration.
• TV Plus Box:
  • On top of pausing and rewinding live television, the TV Plus Box also allows you to record, meaning that you will never have to worry about missing your favourite show again!
  • You can also record while watching another channel, and it has 300GB of memory.
  • Also includes access to on demand services and Netflix/Amazon Prime integration.

A new feature that TalkTalk have introduced recently is Multi-Room TV. This allows you to watch separate live or on demand shows in different rooms. There is no extra monthly cost, and all you have to pay is £25 for a second box and a £25 installation fee.

What if I'm unhappy with TalkTalk TV?
